Thanks to our many years of experience in automation, instrumentation and process engineering, we are in a position to carry out the complete MSR and automation of a plant from planning to optimization, including training of the personnel for operation, maintenance and engineering.

Thanks to our competent handling and flexibility, many of our customers (for example Sabic Polyolefine GmbH in Gelsenkirchen, Campina in Norten-Hardenberg, EFC Egyptian Fertilizer Company in Egypt and Evonik Degussa GmbH in Bitterfeld) have decided to entrust us with the maintenance of their facilities.

For the production of baby food, especially milk powder, we have been supplying turnkey plants for the food industry since 1990 with the plant manufacturers. From cabling and low-voltage distribution to automation and optimization of the entire system. We carry out the coordination and project management. The systems usually contain except the spray dryer and evaporator, crystallization, filtration mixers, silos and the like.

In the chemical industry, we often act as subcontractors of process control manufacturers such as Siemens AG, ABB Automation GmbH and others. For example, the automation of the MPVC plant in Marl by Mr. Kaltschmidt 1993 or the reactor 3 in Bitterfeld 2007/08.

We also worked for the automation of the fertilizer plant in Egypt for more than 2 years as a subcontractor of Uhde GmbH. In the Suez-II plant, Mr. Kaltschmidt was in charge of the DCS and ESD system for the entire project and the optimization of the plant, as well as the technical support of the end customer.
